Ian initially started as a graduate Human Resource Consultant before moving across to the sales industry due to his growing interest in the recruitment process. After a short time, leveraging on both his HR knowledge and his sales skills, Ian decided to pursue a career in the recruitment industry more actively. He has found it the perfect balance between his Human Resources background and naturally consultative nature, balanced with his ability to sell - solving client problems is his total end goal.

Ian had been recruiting mid-to-senior level professionals in a diverse range of capacities across many areas of IT. Recently Ian has brought in his focus to Software Development Engineers & Architects, Web & Middleware Specialists, and Testing Professionals.
