An experienced recruiter and human resources consultant with a background in the IT&T and Sales verticals, Ben currently leads the Call Centre and Design & Development verticals at Live Executive.

He is currently working on projects in PHP Development, Business Analysis, SEO/SMO and Telesales in talent management, coaching and search and selection. His focus is on building long term and trusted relationships with his clients and candidates alike.

Ben is passionate about developing excellent high performance teams and cultures within his clients. He has worked on recruitment projects all throughout the APAC region.

In his previous recruiting roles, he gained experience in various industries such as design & construction, government, IT security, console game development, advertising/motion graphics.

He has placed candidates into high volume environments such as telesales and customer service and placed high level candidates - senior management to CEO level. Experience in developing online training and career coaching. His qualifications are in business, HR and social sciences.
