Possessing 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, Alastair's main focus is the Professional Services and Management Consulting arena. He works with a wide range of clients from Big4 type environments to the smaller more niche service focused organizations - with an emphasis on the more senior opportunities within these firms.

Alastair has had particular success in filling Director level and Partner level positions. A number of the clients he works with are on an exclusive basis and it is rare that he goes to market through generic advertising. Primarily, he relies on a very strong, broad and deep network of global contacts.
