Step 1 – Research company
Have a thorough look at their website, articles and anything else you can find about the company. Prepare some questions about the company in general to show your interest and to show your understanding of the work environment.
Questions you can ask:
- Who are your customers?
- What are future objectives for growth of the company?
- How does the role fit into the structure of the department?
- How does the department fit into the organisation as a whole?
- Who will I report to and are there persons reporting to me?
