Job offer

Your consultant can assist you in formulating a competitive offer for your favoured candidate, based on the role and their skill level, experience and aptitude - and then formally making this job offer to the candidate.

Negotiation

Your consultant is your mediator between your company and preferred candidate, so you don’t have to face the candidates yourself during negotiations which can be quite daunting to you.

Appointment

Once negotioations have been finalised, your consultant will set up a meeting for signing the contract.

Declining candidates

The other shortlisted candidates will be called by your consultant in order to decline their application. All other sourced candidates who have submitted their resume will receive a decline notification by e-mail.

Introduction period

We believe our job is not finished upon job placement. We carefully keep track of our placed candidates and yourself to ensure a smooth transition process.

Survey

We always send a survey upon placement to both candidate and your company in order to get feedback on our services and how to further improve them.

Updates

Your consultant will stay in touch with you to develop a long-term relationship for future job requirements which ensures a smooth partnership in placing qualified candidates at your company.
