Interview Guide for Clients

5. Stress interviews

The objective of stress interviews is to identify how the candidate deals with working under pressure or for example in front of customers. Most of the time role-playing by the interviewer is involved. For example the interviewer acts quite rude and disinterested by accepting phone calls during the interview, asking question in a demeaning or challenging style.

Another format is that the company asks the candidate to deliver a presentation in front of a panel. This will give the panel a good idea of how the candidate will perform in similar situations in their work environment.
