How to screen short-listed candidates?
In order to screen the shortlisted candidates and decide on your preferred candidate for job placements, usually the best candidates:
- can actually do the job
- are willing to move and are enthusiastic about the role
- are not really challenging the remuneration package
- usually stay at a company between 3-5 years
- personal skills match with job requirements
- have genuine checkable references
