Upon approval of the candidate shortlist, your dedicated consultant will set up an interview schedule between you and the candidate.
Post interview discussions
Once the interviews have been undertaken, your consultant will discuss both with you and the candidate if there is mutual interest.
Psychological assessment (I/A)
For highly skilled job requirements further screening processes might need to be undertaken. Your consultant will guide both you and the candidate through these processes by providing feedback.
Reference checking
Your dedicated consultant will check the background and work experience history of your preferred candidate before offering a contract.
