Candidate sourcing phase

At Live Executive, we not only understand the essence of having an up to date candidate database, we also have various processes and tools in place to stay on top of and nurture our candidates:

1. Working the network

It has become more and more difficult to find good candidates for your business through job search engines as the quality of most applications are poor. These days, it has simply become way too easy to submit a CV which clutters your and our consultant’s inboxes.

Therefore, we have switched our focus to ‘working the network’ which takes up a lot of time and effort of our consultants. However, the end result of finding qualified candidates for your business makes it all worthwhile.

2. Update candidates database

  • Our candidates database is updated every day by our consultants.
  • Resumes can be easily uploaded into our system ensuring we keep track of skilled talent
  • Every three months candidates receive a notification to update their details

3. Social networking

We have also embraced finding candidates through social networking:

  • LinkedIn:
    • We find and connect to highly skilled people (millions of Australians have created a LinkedIn profile)
    • We have created various special interest groups to gather highly skilled people in specific areas
  • Twitter: our candidates receive regular updates on job opportunities and career development tips
